Free shipping on every US order.
We ship within the United States only. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, not counting weekends and holidays. You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a second one with tracking when it ships.
Tracking
Allow about 48 hours after the shipping email for tracking to go live. If your order hasn't arrived within 5 days of that email, email support@mobiustoys.com with your name and order number and we'll look into it.
A note on PO boxes
We can't ship to PO boxes.
Damaged in transit
Email support@mobiustoys.com with your order number and a photo as soon as you can. We handle these case by case and we'll work it out with you.
